africa

From Tanzania To South Africa Encounter wild and exotic creatures on safari. These sparkling ornaments by L’Objet are worth the expedition. Light a luxurious candle while admiring the Serengeti from the Baobab collection, mouth blown  containers made in Belgium with organic wax and Egyptian cotton wicks, inspired by the countryside of Tanzania.

The heart of South Africa is found through it’s people. That is why Wonki Ware pottery is so dear to our us. A core value of Wonki Ware is the goal of creating opportunities for disadvantaged people in the local community. Over sixty people who were previously unemployed have found meaningful work at Wonki Ware, having been taught the necessary skills to become accomplished potters. In turn, these artisans are now training others in the art of creating Wonki Ware.

From our family to yours, William Ashley wishes you a very happy holiday! Jackie Chiesa, President
