Happy Anniversary! A year has gone by since we launched our blog, The Breaking Dish, where we continue to bring you the most important brand launches, exclusive interviews with international designers, trips around the world, and entertaining events. What began as an idea, is now an integral part of who we are. We are a family at William Ashley, and The Breaking Dish has been a way for us to be truly social, whether we are sharing tips on registering, or adding that special touch to the holidays.
If you enjoyed last year at William Ashley, you are going to love the new season! William Ashley has joined the circus, with a launch of an exclusive collection designed by Marcel Wanders for Alessi. Coined the Lady Gaga of the design world, Marcel will be talking about his inspiration, here, on The Breaking Dish. Come join our circus on October 1st, and meet Matteo Alessi, in person, from 1-5 pm at our Bloor Street location for the Canadian launch of the collection.
We invite you to join us at our home at 55 Bloor Street West, when we host the launch of Homes for Dinner 2016. This annual event kicks off dinners for charity around the G.T.A. Who will you be dining with this year? Surprise hosts abound.
As TIFF continues to make waves in international cinema, we continue to honour the event by reflecting it in our windows. Our store sits in the middle of Toronto and has been a part of its past with a clear eye on the future.
We invite you to join us for dinner at our home at 55 Bloor Street West on Wednesday November 30th, when we host a charity dinner for CanFar as we participate in Bloor Street Entertains (ticket info to follow).
